Hello, I’m Joelle, a dedicated and open-minded psychologist with a passion for helping people navigate their mental health journeys. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where you feel seen and heard.

I am currently pursuing a PhD in Clinical Psychology and Addiction, and I hold a Master’s in Clinical and Health Psychology as well as a Bachelor’s in Psychology. But beyond my credentials, I am deeply driven by a personal mission: to help people find hope and healing, no matter where they are in their journey.

My therapeutic style is primarily rooted in the person-centered approach, emphasizing empathy, unconditional positive regard, and genuine support. I also incorporate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and exposure therapy, tailoring each session to meet your unique needs.
